About Me

This website is all about celebrating sweet things, a candy, a cake, and helping others.

My name is Amber and I started feeling passionate about baking when I was 12. I love baking sweets and treats for my family and friends. What brings me more joy is baking with my younger brother and little sister, involving them in every step. Extending my love and knowledge for food and science, I have started making candies and hope to spread this joy by sharing my goodies with charities in Hong Kong. 
My interest in baking all started with the coronavirus in Hong Kong. All of a sudden, schools were closed, and we were all stuck at home. I decided that I wanted to explore my interests, do something new. So, my passion in baking started. Everybody seems to have the same idea and supermarkets were starting to run out of supplies such as vanilla extract and flour. However, nothing will stop me from cooking more and more. This has sprouted the beginnings of candy making. Turns out, candy making was just as fun and scrumptious, and I started making candy more and more!

I love eating candy, and I love making them!
